How it works

What you get, and how we count it.

We send emails in your name to the property managers, GCs, and facilities operators in your area. When one of them replies wanting to talk, that reply goes to you. This page explains what counts as a lead, what is free, and what happens next.

What an interested lead is

An interested lead is a reply where the person asks you for something: information, pricing, a call, a meeting, or a follow-up at a specific time.

That is the whole test. It does not matter whether you think the prospect is a good fit, whether they have the budget you hoped for, or whether you win the work. A reply that asks you for something counts. A reply that does not, does not.

Out-of-office messages, bounces, unsubscribe requests, not-interested replies, wrong-person replies and junk never count and are never billed.

How it differs from a shared lead

Angi and HomeAdvisor sell shared leads. A homeowner fills in a form, that request is sold to several contractors, and those contractors then compete for the same job.

Ours is different in three ways. The person replying is a commercial decision maker, not a homeowner. The reply came to an email sent in your name, so they already know who you are. And the lead goes to you alone. You read the words they typed, not a form.

What the first 10 free leads look like

Each lead is the email thread, the person who replied with their contact details, and their company. We send them to you as they come in, not in a batch.

The first 10 interested companies are free. A company counts once, no matter how many people there reply. If we never reach 10, you never pay us anything.

The 72-hour window

If you do not think a delivered reply counts, tell us within 72 hours at info@reachmailer.com or by text to the number we text you from. The lead comes out of your count while we review it. If it does not qualify, it is removed and never billed. If it does qualify, it counts.

What happens on the call

After the 10 free leads we hold a call with you. On that call we agree your per-lead price and confirm it to you in writing before any paid work begins. Your first weekly statement comes after that, and only for leads delivered and not disputed.
