Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This page lists what actually runs on reachmailer.com. There are two third-party scripts on the site and nothing else. We do not run advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking of any kind.
1. Cookies we set ourselves
None.
ReachMailer does not set any first-party cookies. Our site code does not use cookies, local storage, or session storage. Everything described below is set by a third party.
2. Analytics: Google Analytics 4
We load Google Analytics 4 on every page. It tells us, in aggregate, how many people visit, which pages they read, where they came from, and roughly where they are. We use it to decide what to fix on the site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we have not enabled Google Ads or advertising features on the property.
_ga
Set by: Google Analytics 4
Purpose: Distinguishes one visitor from another so repeat visits are not double counted.
Expires: 2 years
_ga_MEVFJ23N4S
Set by: Google Analytics 4
Purpose: Holds session state for our specific GA4 property (measurement ID G-MEVFJ23N4S).
Expires: 2 years
These are analytics cookies, not strictly necessary ones. They load when you arrive, before you interact with anything. If you would rather they did not, see section 5.
3. Booking: Calendly
We embed Calendly so you can book a call without leaving the site. The Calendly widget script is loaded on every page of reachmailer.com, not only when you click Book a Call.
Calendly sets its own cookies under the calendly.com domain when the booking widget opens. Those cookies support the booking flow itself, such as keeping your place in the form and preventing abuse. They are set and controlled by Calendly, not by us, and we cannot read them. Calendly can change what it sets at any time. For the current list, see Calendly’s cookie policy.
If you never open the booking widget, the script still loads, but no booking is created and no scheduling information is sent to Calendly.
4. What we do not use
We have checked the site code, and none of the following is present:
- Meta or Facebook Pixel
- Google Ads conversion or remarketing tags
- LinkedIn, X, or TikTok tracking pixels
- Session recording or heatmap tools such as Hotjar, Clarity, or FullStory
- Any advertising, retargeting, or data broker tag
We do not sell your data and we do not use it to target ads.
5. How to opt out
We do not currently show a cookie consent banner, so analytics runs unless you block it yourself. You have three straightforward options:
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which stops GA on every site you visit.
- Block or delete cookies for reachmailer.com in your browser settings. Every major browser supports this per site.
- Turn on your browser’s tracking protection, or use a content blocker. Both block GA4 by default.
Blocking these cookies does not break the site. Every page, including booking a call, works with them blocked.
6. Changes
If we add or remove a script, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Third parties can change their own cookie names and durations without telling us, so treat the specifics above as accurate as of the last updated date.
