About ReachMailer

More clients.Better cashflow.

I built patios in Northern Michigan and worked groundskeeping at an RV park before I ever sold a marketing service. The people I grew up around ran small home services businesses, and they always had the same two complaints.

Derek Preheim covered head to toe in grey concrete dust, standing outside on a cloudy day.
16 unloading Quikrete for a patio build when the bag split.

The first one was the work itself. Clients want everything for nothing, and the desperate guy quoting half your number sets the price for the whole market.

The second was what it cost to find those bad jobs in the first place. Facebook CPCs for home services have climbed past $15 in competitive markets. Google Ads for “roof repair” or “emergency plumber” run $30 to $80 a click. After click-to-lead and lead-to-close rates, contractors are paying hundreds of dollars to get in front of one client who then asks them to match the lowest quote in town.

ReachMailer fixes the input. We put contractors in front of property managers, facilities directors, and commercial accounts. The buyers who sign recurring contracts and don’t haggle over $400.

We built ReachMailer so you can stop grinding for scraps and start landing the contracts that actually pay.
