These Terms of Service govern your use of the ReachMailer website and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

ReachMailer provides done-for-you B2B cold email lead generation services for home services businesses. We target businesses and property managers in the client's zip codes. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Guarantee

We guarantee 20 interested leads within 60 days of campaign launch. An "interested lead" is defined as a real reply from a real decision-maker asking to talk. Opens, clicks, and polite declines are not counted. Each interested lead is logged in our outreach system with the contact's name, business, and the campaign that generated the response. If we do not deliver 20 interested leads within 60 days, we continue working for free until we do. This guarantee is subject to client maintaining active cooperation including timely responses to onboarding questions and follow-up with the leads we deliver.

Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time. No long-term contracts are required. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

ReachMailer's liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the month in which a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
